The article reviews the international standards for digital legislative information services. The author proposes that the legislative semantic web, based on the technologies of structured document (XML), metadata (RDF) and ontologies (OWL) appears as the optimal platform model for the representation, organization and distribution of these legal contents, and is an effective response to the requirements caused by the phenomenon of legislative contamination and the demand for better and easier access to legislation.Controlled Vocabulary for Resource Type Genres::text::periodical::journal
